Terms and Conditions

Aussie Santa sells personalised Santa videos made with AI. Santa is our own original character.

Christmas Countdown costs $19.99 for one child, and the Santa Film on its own costs $11.99. Each extra child costs $1.99. Santa's letter pack costs $2.00 per child. An order can include up to 3 children.

A parent or guardian may order. Family members and close friends may also order if the child's parent knows. All contact details supplied must belong to adults.

You must give accurate information and have permission to share any photo you upload.

Photos are optional. They only ever appear as still pictures in your film. They are never sent to an AI system, never used to train or make AI, and are deleted by 31 January.

• Orders are paid in full at checkout through Stripe.
• We never see your card number.
• Your personalised preview will be ready soon. We're putting the finishing touches on Santa's film, and we'll email you the moment yours is ready to watch.
• After ordering you watch a lower-quality preview with an Aussie Santa watermark. Watch your watermarked preview and ask for up to 2 rounds of changes before you approve it.
• Your clean, full-HD video unlocks at 5am on 20 December, four days before Christmas Eve, so you can download it and choose your perfect moment.
• Countdown mornings, lead-ups and bedtime stories each unlock at 5am on their own day, in your family's time zone.
• The clean full-HD personalised Christmas video from Santa can be downloaded and kept. With Christmas Countdown, the bedtime stories can be downloaded too.
• Countdown mornings and lead-up shorts are watch-only and cannot be downloaded.

Watch your watermarked preview and ask for up to 2 rounds of changes before you approve it.

You can ask for a change-of-mind refund any time before you approve your preview. Once you approve it, your order is locked in.

If anything is ever wrong with your video, we'll fix it free, and that never counts as one of your changes.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Please save your accepted video while its download link is available. Download links stay open until 31 January 2027, when everything is deleted. Please save your video before then.
