Children's Information Promise

We ask for a child's first name, age band, suburb and a few fun facts. You can also add a short line for Santa and up to three family photos.

We do not collect children's surnames, dates of birth or street addresses.

An adult places the order. Anyone in the family or a close friend can order if the child's parent knows. Finished videos only go to a parent or grown-up's email, never to a child.

Photos only appear as still pictures in Santa's film. They are never changed by AI, sent to an AI system, or used to train or generate AI.

• Children's details are deleted by 31 January each year.
• Photos, Santa's lines, voice files and videos are deleted too.
• Data is stored in Sydney, Australia.
