How we use AI

Aussie Santa sells personalised Santa videos made with AI. Santa is our own original character.

You pick one or two lines from our own list, such as "you learned to swim this year". Santa says "I've been told…" and then your line. Santa's voice is made by an AI voice service.

Because the lines come from a set list, Santa never invents new family facts.

Family photos are only shown as still pictures inside the film. They are never sent to an AI system, changed by AI, or used to train or generate AI.

• We do not collect children's surnames or street addresses.
• Finished videos only go to adults.
• Children's details, photos, Santa's lines, voice files and videos are deleted by 31 January.
