Privacy Policy

We collect only what we need to make, deliver and support your Aussie Santa order. We do not ask for a child's surname or street address.

• The adult buyer's first name, email and optional mobile.
• Each child's first name, age band, suburb and a few fun facts.
• One or two lines you pick for Santa to say, and up to three optional family photos per child.
• Order, voucher and payment status. Stripe handles payment cards; we never see card numbers.

We use these details to make the video, send the preview, deliver what was bought and help with changes or faults. Finished videos only go to a parent or grown-up's email.

Photos appear only as still pictures in the film. They are never sent to an AI system and never used to train or generate AI.

You choose Santa's lines from our list. Santa's voice is made by an AI voice service.

Data is stored in Sydney, Australia. Everything about children — details, photos, Santa's lines, voice files and videos — is deleted by 31 January each year.

Voucher records are kept past 31 January because vouchers are valid for three years.

We use Stripe for payments, analytics to understand the site, and Meta tracking pixels. We don't post anything, so we never ask for your address.
